Product Manager

Develop and enhance our product suite, from developing banking products to digital delivery with a focus on contextual, intelligent provision
End to end ownership of workstreams, from customer research, ideation, product development/planning to executing and managing your products
Act as voice of the customer
Ability to see the big picture while developing strong domain knowledge within your products/features. Able to successfully prioritize stories that fit towards the overall value proposition. Serve as a subject matter expert within key business and supporting processes/systems
Work with the team in strategic development, ongoing refinement and refinement of product roadmap
Work with UI/UX designers to develop sketches, prototypes and mockups for rapid lean testing
Work with Community and Marketing to develop content and copywriting for products
Ensure our product suite complies with relevant banking and data privacy regulations

University degree or above
Minimum 5 years of product management experience in digital banking, eCommerce or consumer apps
Mobile and digital experience on defining user experiences optimized for mobile/digital delivery
Experience with banking, financial or investment products is strongly valued
Strong entrepreneurial streak with a blend of technical and business savviness
Digitally savvy with strong interest in mobile and Fintech trends
Strong communication skills and ability to influence counterparts/stakeholders at various levels
A naturally curious mind
Experience in Agile development is strongly valued
Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese
