What you’ll be doing
- Provide technical support, incident handling and service improvement services and advice to internal clients on database/system components of the system
- Support for application and data migration of existing applications to the systems
Who we think you are
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in IT system help desk support, handling change requests and user requests
- Experience in supporting physical and/or virtual servers
- Experience in administration, support and operation on hypervisor, storage or server components is preferred
- Experience in administration, support and operation of IBM DB2, MySQL, or Oracle Database is preferred
- Willing to work on shift per day (3 shifts per day) to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
