- Project planning, resources planning, with delivery on time and budget
- Run an efficient team, with strong sense achievement and strong team bonding, and can-do attitude
- Embrace open and transparent culture to stakeholders on technology and pipeline
- Communicate technology strategy to internal and partners, with strong alignment of goals
Who we think you are
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10 years of relevant working experience
- Proven experience in IT leadership role
- Strong project management (process and architecture) and people management are must
- Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
- Applications development background, experience in building and operating digital products
- Solid technical architecture sense, including applications, network, cloud, databases, financial systems
- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
- Ability to conduct technology analysis and research
- Excellent communication skills
