香港What you’ll be doing
- Develop and oversee finance system, policies and procedures, and control processes that align with the Bank’s overall vision and its business objectives.
- Lead financial and regulatory reporting function to comply with regulations, accounting principles and standards.
- Lead the compliance of all regulatory and internal requirements including financial and capital ratio, taxation, and disclosure requirements.
- Supervise the financial operations including cashflow management, account payable, delegation of authority, board materials reporting, management reporting, and Head Office reporting
- Maintain effective relationship with regulators and auditors for financial and regulatory reporting
- Provide cost effective and innovative IT solutions and infrastructure to support the requirements of business growth and productivity improvement.
- Provide accounting treatment advise on new products, new initiatives and corporate finance activities
- Lead and coach the team to support the businesses and guard the integrity.
- Ad-hoc projects as required
Who we think you are
- Bachelor degree in related major.
- Qualified Accountant, with strong IFRS knowledge. Prior experience in Big4 a plus.
- An experienced financial executive with at least 15 years of successful track record from banking and finance industry.
- Solid experience in financial reporting, regulatory reporting, risk management and regulatory compliance at executive level.
- Strong commercial sense and business acumen.
- A positive attitude and desire to succeed, and a high degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent in project management
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
