香港What you’ll be doing
- Review customer's financial status, Credit Bureau Report, internal credit history to recommend approval decision for personal instalment loan applications
- Process credit applications according to credit policies and underwriting standards
- Manage and monitor loan portfolio to ensure credit quality and full compliance of internal policies and lending guidelines
- Perform verification to detect fraud application and prevent fraud
- Handle enquiry and follow up on document submission
- Participant in projects with the aim of optimizing the credit operation and process
Who we think you are
- Higher Diploma or above
- Minimum 1 year related experience in unsecured credit products. Personal loan experience is an advantage
- Self-initiative and good team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
