Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

  • To handle customer enquiries and loan application process.
  • To follow up loan applications, verifications and repayments in a professional manner.
  • To provide administrative support to the team.
  • To assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • F.5 or above.
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in customer service or telemarketing.
  • With experience in unsecured lending industry would be an advantage.
  • Proactive, good telephone manner and customer-oriented.
  • Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
