What you’ll be doing
- Responsible for actively shaping the Company’s overall public relations, external and internal communications strategy
- Be a strategic thinker to support the development of thought leadership content including speeches and presentations to promote the Company’s brand objectives
- Have substantial experience dealing with senior executives and the ability to make impactful and succinct presentations to leadership
- Manage and organize media interviews and events for the senior management team
- Manage a strong network of media contacts and establish new potential media relations with financial, business and tech media
- Handle media enquiries and media coordination, eg. press materials, Q&As, interviews, forums etc
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop PR events calendar eg. speaking events, media events, social functions etc to fulfil the Company’s communications strategy
Who we think you are
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- 8+ years working experience
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial self-starter who can think outside the box with minimal supervision
- Experience and confidence providing communications guidance to the senior management team
- Familiarity in the banking or technology sector is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English & Cantonese. Spoken Mandarin is a strong advantage
