What you’ll be doing
- Develop and enhance our product suite, from developing banking products to digital delivery with a focus on contextual, intelligent provision
- End to end ownership of workstreams, from customer research, ideation, product development/planning to executing and managing your products
- Act as voice of the customer
- Ability to see the big picture while developing strong domain knowledge within your products/features. Able to successfully prioritize stories that fit towards the overall value proposition. Serve as a subject matter expert within key business and supporting processes/systems
- Work with the team in strategic development, ongoing refinement and refinement of product roadmap
- Work with UI/UX designers to develop sketches, prototypes and mockups for rapid lean testing
- Work with Community and Marketing to develop content and copywriting for products
- Ensure our product suite complies with relevant banking and data privacy regulations
Who we think you are
- University degree or above
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in digital banking, eCommerce or consumer apps
- Mobile and digital experience on defining user experiences optimized for mobile/digital delivery
- Experience with banking, financial or investment products is strongly valued
- Strong entrepreneurial streak with a blend of technical and business savviness
- Digitally savvy with strong interest in mobile and Fintech trends
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence counterparts/stakeholders at various levels
- A naturally curious mind
- Experience in Agile development is strongly valued
- Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese
