What you’ll be doing
- Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risks.
- Collect, consolidate and analyze program and project data to support effective decision making.
- Enforce necessary control and governance within Technology department.
- Develop guidelines according to regulatory requirements for project monitoring.
- Reporting – provide executive visibility to project and program level status, issues, risks and costs.
- Support Business Change Request process to manage the functional and portfolio pipeline for Technology team.
- Manage, monitor and report on departmental / program / project financials – budget, forecast, actual.
- Support Contract and Invoice approval process and record keeping within Technology domain.
- Promote and support Technology teams and rest of organization in practising agile.
- Take ownership of given tasks and deliver in highest quality.
Who we think you are
- Degree or above in Information Technology / Business Administration or related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Information Technology PMO or project delivery.
- Experience in waterfall and agile program / project management and delivery.
- Demonstrated project financial management experience.
- Able to work independently with stakeholders.
- Good logical and analytical reasoning capabilities.
- Team player, multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and work under pressure with tight timeline
- Be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL knowledge an advantage.
