Group FP&A Manager / Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to support management on value-added financial analysis and timely management information
  • Support annual budgeting process, rolling forecast and monthly variance analysis
  • Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of FP&A reports including management reporting deck and forecasting model
  • Identify performance drivers for both revenue and expenses and highlight any business risks and opportunities
  • Compare and analysis business performance with the competitors and recommend correct measures and action plan
  • Work closely with business information team to ensure accurate and relevant KPIs can be timely provided to management
  • Involve in ERP system implementation
  • Work on ad hoc projects when required

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or business planning, exposure to banking or consumer lending a plus
  • Good oral and written oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent in Excel Modelling, knowledge of VBA is a huge plus
  • Excellent in Data Analysis, knowledge of SQL / SAS would be an advantage
  • Certification as CPA or CFA preferred
  • A proactive and can-do attitude
